In 1993, HAU Mountaineering club organized another major expedition on Mount Hanuman Tibba and Friendship peak in the western himalayas.
The expedition members were Dr. Dharam Singh, Dr. Meenakshi, Satyapal Khokhar, Ramesh Goyal, Sanjit Rathee, Dr. Pavneesh Madan, Dr. Ranjit Kharb, Sandeep Gupta, Ashwini Yogi, Susheel Garg, Jasjeet Josan, Jairaj Dhandha, Ravi Gupta, Rajani Arora and Bimlesh Arya.
The Expeditions were successful in putting Dr. Pavneesh Madan, Ashwini Yogi and Fateh Thakur (HAP) on the summit of Mt. Hanuman Tibba on 16th of June, 1993 and Dr. Dharam Singh, Jairaj Dhandha, Sanjeet Rathi, Bimlesh Arya and Moti (HAP) on the summit of Friendship Peak on 17th June, 1993. Ramesh Goyal, Ranjni Arora, Ravi Gupta, Jasjeet Josan and Ramesh (HAP) scaled the summit of Friendship Peak on 18th of June, 1993.View of Himalayan Ranges and Beas Kund Basin from Camp I of Mt.
